The AC mimics the true God (Almighty God and His Son- 1John 5:20). The visible white pope gets his authority from the invisible black one behind the scene. The black one rules the world and every cult (Jesuits, Masons, Illuminiati, banking system, etc). The white one only speaks what the black one tells him to.
I attended a mass at St. Peter's in Rome during the early 80's. Although I do not know Latin, the Bishops (or whatever their rank is who sings the chants) CLEARLY stated/sang "Lucifer" who they were singing to several times. Since then, I have also seen and heard videos from others who recorded this. Some of the best and most empathetic, truly kind and intelligent people that I have met in my life were raised Catholic, but like you said, this is not about the individual followers but the entire organization that is deceiving them.
I believe you're right- The more I look into it. They had to maintain an outward appearance of propriety to keep their followers but the mask has dramatically slipped these past 50 years. During Covid my kids and I were removing the idiotic distancing tape from church pews- Not in deference to the church obviously but to help break their programming.
